Indian friends are also always happy to lend their clothes, so ask around before you buy! Note that if you are purchasing a saree, they typically come without the blouse (top) and petticoat (matching color underskirt), unless otherwise mentioned. You could purchase a blouse separately or wear a cropped top/corset top that resembles a blouse, and roughly matching petticoats are easily available and affordable on sites like Amazon. Pre-draped sarees will be easier for first time saree-wearers but we will also have draping services at the hotel if you get a regular saree.
